Making a Purchase
There is no minimum order charge and postal prices (including packaging materials) are always displayed in your basket.
When notification of your order is received, Jane will contact you by email to confirm acceptance of the order and that the item is available. In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable she will inform you by e-mail or by telephone and refund your payment.
Orders can only be accepted from, and posted to, addresses in the United Kingdom. Placing an order confirms acceptance of both the information on this page and the Terms and Conditions.

Should you wish to pay via personal cheque, please make the cheque payable to Jane Garrett and send your payment along with your order details to the address shown when completing your order. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for cheque clearance.
Postage and Dispatch
Jane aims to provide a quick, friendly and efficient service. All items will be carefully packed to avoid breakage.
Postage is just £1.50 per order. You can purchase as many items as you like at no extra postage cost.
For orders over £30, you will receive a FREE GIFT of a lovely beaded bookmark.
Your parcel will be shipped according to the instructions that you provide with the order. Jane aims to post all orders within 3 working days of receiving payment and always use Royal Mail First Class - a certificate of posting will be obtained. If you have not received your goods within 7 days from placing your order, please contact Jane immediately.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Jane is happy to accept returns, but please notify her of your intention to return the goods within 48 hours of receipt, stating the reason for the return. Please return the goods within 7 days of receipt and unused - ensure that you obtain a FREE Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as proof of posting as Mara Jewellery is unable to accept responsibility for any damage or loss in transit upon their return. Postage charges incurred will not be refunded. All items must be returned to the postal address which will be provided.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, no refund is available on earrings, unless faulty.
